Open Settings > Updates in Desktop ERP, review release notes, then install the latest published package.
Use the Downloads section on this page. It shows the latest published package for each app/platform/channel.
Sign in to the portal and go to SLA & Support > Support Tickets to create and track requests.
Verify the API endpoint, station binding, and assigned branch/workspace. If needed, re-run station setup with an authorized user.
Check Latest Release Notes on this page. Notes are stored per app/version and published from release management.
